The product will be carefully crafted by order and it will be ready to ship in 5-7 days after the receipt of payment.
We ship from Thailand by International Standard Delivery which transit times will vary depending on the location of the delivery address. Any duty, taxes, brokerage fee, clearance that might arise at the destination country must be borne by the recipient and we will not accept liability for any such costs.

Return and Refund Policies
If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you might return for a replacement or refund. The product must be returned in a new condition in the original package within 2 days upon the receipt. Should you contact us first before you return it. Please be reminded that customers would be responsible for the postage for returning the product.
In case the product is damaged, customers should provide us with proofs and photos of the damaged product in order to request for a replacement or refund.
Cancellation Policy
